ART. 01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jl7jjj" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at jl7jjj.cam, including all web pages, services, games, features, and software made available therein.
• "Operator" refers to the company that owns, operates, and is legally responsible for jl7jjj under its PAGCOR license.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a real-money account on jl7jjj and accesses the Platform for gaming purposes.
• "Account" refers to the individual Player's registered profile on jl7jjj, through which the Player accesses games, deposits funds, and requests withdrawals.
• "Wallet" refers to the Player's account balance held on jl7jjj, comprising deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the portion of the Wallet comprised of actual deposited Philippine Pesos (₱), excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other bonus funds credited to the Player's account under specific promotional terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to jl7jjj is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

ART. 02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to real-money gaming on jl7jjj is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and is not subject to exception or waiver under any circumstances. By registering an account on jl7jjj, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jl7jjj is operated under a Philippine PAGCOR license and is intended for use by players physically located within the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing jl7jjj is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. jl7jjj does not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jl7jjj, a Player must:

• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number, which will serve as the primary account identifier;
• Create a secure password meeting jl7jjj's minimum security requirements;
• Accurately represent all information provided during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, and residential address;
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Not be the holder of another active or previously suspended jl7jjj account.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jl7jjj reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the Player's account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, or upon reasonable suspicion of identity misrepresentation. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

ART. 03 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) real-money account on jl7jjj. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. jl7jjj uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonus winnings derived from duplicate accounts are void and may be confiscated.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. jl7jjj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party. jl7jjj shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security measures.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

jl7jjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, collusion, or use of software to gain unfair advantage;
• Identity misrepresentation, including providing false age information;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any transaction that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA);
• Any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the jl7jjj platform or its players.

Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, jl7jjj reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud is established, to withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

ART. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jl7jjj accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl7jjj does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Only Real Money Balances may be withdrawn. Bonus credits must meet applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to jl7jjj's AML compliance requirements;
• jl7jjj targets processing of GCash withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval; other methods may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment provider;
• Withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds may require completed KYC verification before processing.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jl7jjj are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). jl7jjj does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl7jjj operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) and its amendments. jl7jjj may file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) or Covered Transaction Reports (CTRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players are prohibited from using jl7jjj for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.

ART. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional benefits offered by jl7jjj are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The jl7jjj welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is applied once per Player, per household, and per payment method. jl7jjj reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time and to amend its terms with reasonable notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl7jjj actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or coordinated wagering between related accounts. Where bonus abuse is established, jl7jjj reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the relevant account(s).

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

ART. 06 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games and RNG-based table games on jl7jjj use certified Random Number Generator technology provided by the respective game developers. RNG systems used by jl7jjj's game providers are independently tested and certified by internationally recognized gaming testing laboratories. jl7jjj does not control or influence RNG outcomes.

6.2 Published RTPs

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for games on jl7jjj represent long-term theoretical averages based on game mathematics and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Published RTPs are accurate as of the game version deployed on jl7jjj at the time of publication.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest technical error, software malfunction, or communications failure that results in an incorrect payout, jl7jjj reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. jl7jjj shall not be obligated to honour payouts resulting from technical errors, regardless of the amount displayed.

6.4 Voided Bets

Sports betting wagers may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, or suspension; incorrect odds posting due to obvious error; or where PAGCOR requires void settlement for regulatory compliance reasons. Voided wagers are refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance at the staked amount.

ART. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl7jjj platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl7jjj games or systems without explicit written authorization from the Operator;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of jl7jjj's software or game engines;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jl7jjj's servers, databases, or administrative systems;
• Using jl7jjj to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a third party without that party's explicit authorization and jl7jjj's written consent;
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at jl7jjj staff, support agents, or other Players.

ART. 08 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Responsibility

jl7jjj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. Players are encouraged to set personal budgets before each gaming session, play with funds they can afford to lose, and never chase losses. If gaming is affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, we encourage you to seek assistance immediately.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

jl7jjj provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the set period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders at set intervals during gaming sessions to maintain awareness of time spent playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours). Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your account from all jl7jjj gaming. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period. jl7jjj will not send marketing communications to self-excluded Players.

8.3 Age Verification

jl7jjj enforces the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age of 21 years for all real-money gaming. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by regulation.

ART. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl7jjj platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of the Operator or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl7jjj platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl7jjj content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Game titles, artwork, and software provided by third-party studios including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and others remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on jl7jjj under valid commercial licensing agreements.

ART. 10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

jl7jjj strives to provide uninterrupted platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. jl7jjj shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

10.2 Financial Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl7jjj's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jl7jjj's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its own negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10.4 Third-Party Content

jl7jjj is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of third-party game content provided by its game studio partners. Any technical issues with specific games should be reported to jl7jjj support, which will escalate to the relevant provider where necessary.

ART. 11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaints Procedure

In the event of any dispute or complaint, Players should first contact jl7jjj's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. jl7jjj targets initial response to all complaints within 24 hours and resolution within 14 calendar days for standard disputes. Players are requested to retain relevant screenshots, transaction IDs, and game round identifiers to facilitate efficient resolution.

11.2 Escalation to PAGCOR

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through jl7jjj's internal complaints procedure, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the Operator's regulatory authority. PAGCOR's dispute resolution process provides an independent review mechanism for unresolved complaints against PAGCOR-licensed operators.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out above and which is not subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

ART. 12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Right to Amend

jl7jjj reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR, applicable law, or security considerations.

12.2 Continued Use

A Player's continued use of the jl7jjj platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment may close their account and withdraw their Real Money Balance before the effective date of the change.

12.3 Termination by Player

Players may close their jl7jjj account at any time by submitting a written request to jl7jjj's customer support team. Upon account closure request, jl7jjj will process any pending withdrawal of the Player's Real Money Balance following completion of applicable KYC verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the jl7jjj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the Player with respect to the Player's use of the jl7jjj platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
